About the Role
We are a friendly, patient-focused private Osteopathic clinic in central Reigate. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled practitioner to join our team on a self-employed basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their private practice in a supportive environment with steady patient flow, modern facilities, admin/reception support, and marketing assistance.
One of our practitioners will also be retiring in April, so there is scope to increase hours for the right applicant in due course.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality assessments, treatments, and management plans for a range of conditions.
- Managing your list, monitoring patient recovery.
- Work collaboratively to maintain our welcoming, professional clinic atmosphere.
Development support
- Weekly 1-1 mentoring sessions, ongoing guidance, and additional support as needed to help you thrive and progress quickly.
- Clear progression path with potential for higher % splits over time as you gain experience at the clinic.
Requirements
- Fully qualified and registered (e.g., GOsC for osteopaths, HCPC for physiotherapists, GCC for chiropractors), BAND 6 MSK.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Passion for patient-centred treatment.
- Ability to empathise and work towards client goals.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, approachable manner.
